Advantages of a permanent closure to the Hopetoun would include: - increased residential property values - significantly less noise pollution - significantly cleaner streets - improved neighbourhood safety - less drugs! - an improved community atmosphere for residents This sounds like it was written by my uptight conservative cousin.
